Life can feel a whole lot better when you tap into moments of stillness and silence. Making a difference to our health starts with incorporating small acts into our everyday life. However, integrating a meditation practice can feel overwhelming or complicated.

Burning Brightly Meditation offers a range of drop-in style guided classes, suitable for beginners and regular meditators, to support and encourage your meditation practice, so you too can feel the benefits. Together we will adopt mindfulness practices, harness the power of mantras, channel our breath and embrace many other meditation techniques.  

Meditating is not about becoming a good meditator. Meditating is a simple and effective tool to alleviate stress, find balance in your life and handle whatever life throws at you, and keep a smile on your face.
